PolarRES researchers to present latest findings at EGU General Assembly 2025

16 April 2025

The annual European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly will take place from Sunday 27 April to Friday 2 May in Vienna, Austria, and can also be followed online. As the key event in the geoscience research calendar, the EGU General Assembly continues to see strong representation from the PolarRES project. This year, nine PolarRES-affiliated researchers will take part, presenting their latest findings through either poster or oral presentations.

The General Assembly brings together geoscientists from all over the world in a single meeting that covers all disciplines of the Earth, planetary and space sciences. The EGU aims to provide a forum where scientists, particularly early career researchers, can present their work and engage in dialogue with experts across all areas of geoscience.

Keep an eye on our website and social media channels (Bluesky and Mastodon), where we will provide updates throughout the event, covering all presentations and key takeaways.

Below you will find the programme of the PolarRES researchers at EGU 2025.
